I drew today's note ALL by myself!!!
Cut a piece of wheat bread to look like a brown paper sack and have one mini carrot sticking out of it, one slice of cucumber, a slice of cheese.... all stickign out of the top to look like a bag of croceries. Like so:
Cute, huh? And if you like those and want to print them off and let your kids arrange em, here they are separate. All made by me. I did use a couple layers tyles from Scrappin Cop, though. If it weren't already WAY past my bedtime and if I hadn't been hacking up a lung all day, I'd have made more and it would be a fun cute printable play set thing. Oh well. Here they are separate- if you DO want more, and have requests, let me know and I'd be happy to oblige!
I have 3 projects for you. The first is to take shoppin WITH you! Let's Explore has grocery store GAMES!!! One of which is a printable grocery bingo. There are other games, too, which I may brave taking all 3 of my kids to the store JUST to test out!
Once you get home, what are you gonna do with your bags? Well, if you have re-usable, then you probably want to wash them so you don't get sick. My other 2 projects, though, are for your other bags.
The plastic ones make fanTABulous wreaths, like on Make and Takes. I'll bet you could find a way to make it colored..... either that or make a kagillion for Christmas Gifts!
I personally prefer the paper bags. For one, classic, right? For another, they stack more easily in the back, and then for the muli-use! You can use it to wrap packages to send in the mail, which I have SO done! OR you could do what our family does MOST of all!! We cut them apart and use them as canvases. Like this:

I made today's printable. Got the sheet music from Graphics Fairy. I bought my own sheet music for this, but I'm too lazy to get up and scan it.
For an edible craft..... grab some oreos and either chocolate sauce or black licorice. :D Yum. Or go to The Celebration Shoppe and make those cupcakes.

2. What's your favorite month? I really like October. You still have warm days, but some days are nice and crisp. Also, there's LOTS of orange. And I do love orange!
3. What store is most represented in your wardrobe? Technically, Old Navy. But I didn't buy them. I'm lucky enough to have AMAZING friends who rotate their wardrobe and give me their "old" stuff that all looks brand new and fits me. And then I have other friends who buy me hot shirts every now and then. :D When I WAS shopping, I went to DI usually (the local thrift store). Very often I'd end up getting Maurice's clothes.

sew or decorate cakes. Yeah, not a talent I posess. I love painting, crocheting, mod-podging, digiscrapping.... but sewing....no. Cakes..... definitely not. It's a sad day when I try to decorate cakes. I may give sewing another chance, but we'll see... (And PLEASE don't use the last pic as a measure of crocheting. Two different kinds of yarn do NOT a pleasing edge make.)

Today's printable is using a kit from J Crowley, AKA The Queen of Quirk. A kit called Comic Junkie. One of the first kits I ever downloaded. Aaah, good times!
