I made this scarf for my niece for Christmas. Her favorite colors happen to be the same as my BFF Rachel's, so I'm calling this the Rachel Scarf. Want the pattern? Good, because I'm going to give it to you!!
Be sure that all 3 colors you use are the same brand & same weight or you could run into issues on the side. I happened to use just regular 'ol Red Heart yarn and I LOOOVE it!!
You need:
3 colors of yarn, I used
color A: Black
color B: pink
color C: white
J hook
Instructions. I'm going to assume you know the basics of turning and such (adding a stitch to the end to make it work, etc)
Using color A: Chain 175-200, depending on desired length.
Row 1: DC in all sts
Row 2: SC in all sts
Row 3: Using color B, sc in all sts
Row 4: Using color C, sc in all sts
Row 5: Using color B, dc in all sts
Row 6: Using color A, sc in all sts
Row 7: Using color C, sc in all sts
Row 8: Using color B, dc in all sts
Row 9: using color C, sc in all sts
Row 10: Using color A, sc in all sts
Row 11: Using color B, dc in all sts
Row 12: Using color C, sc in all sts
Row 13: Using color B, sc in all sts
Row 14: Using color A, sc in all sts
Row 15: Still using color A, dc in all sts
Adding fringe to the edges is optional. Enjoy!!
